PASS is represented for the first time in the user study "Professional User Rating (PUR): Managed Services" by the analyst firm techconsult. Outstanding ratings at provider and service level secure the company a position as champion in the "Managed IT Service Desk" sector.

As part of the study, techconsult surveyed over 2,300 service experts on eight relevant managed services areas. In the category "Managed IT Service Desk", 18 of 36 providers were able to place themselves in the results diamond - seven of them as champions. PASS convinced with a very good company rating as well as with an excellent rating in the service area and thus belongs to the best providers on the market.

PASS scores on all levels

Among other things, the service experts surveyed praised the outstanding support. They are particularly impressed by the competence and speed of response of the service consultants, who offer German speaking expert support and are supported by internal specialists and expert groups as needed. In addition, the extensive PASS portfolio scores points: Here, the quality and scope of the service catalog in particular are positively highlighted.

In addition, customers rate PASS as excellent in the area of innovative capability and are convinced by the concepts and service features: For almost all respondents, the PASS managed service led to a reduction in the average response and resolution time. "We rely on consistent process automation. The claim is to solve problems before they arise, in other words, to replace reactive actions with proactive ones. This is the only way to sustainably improve quality and service speed," emphasizes Thomas Dudaczy, Head of PASS Business Unit Cloud Services. In this context, PASS pursues a predictive strategy, i.e., in the best case scenario, the customer does not have to make a request at all. The basis for this is seamless monitoring and detailed analysis of behavior patterns. In essence, the aim is to increase security and reduce manual activities through the targeted use of technologies. This frees up resources to support customers with complex requirements and issues.
