PASS Logistics Solutions AG has been a new member of the IT-Logistics cluster since autumn 2019. The network, which currently has more than 60 partners and members, primarily aims to provide a platform for companies in the field of digitisation within logistics, with a focus on controlling global supply chains or production processes and value creation networks.
The IT-Logistics cluster is a name brand of R-Tech GmbH, a subsidiary of the city of Regensburg, which has specialised in the promotion of young business enterprises and founders in the Upper Palatinate.
The cluster sees its core task as the successful networking of business, science and politics as well as the provision of opportunities for exchange for the cooperation and individual further development of companies.
"The increasing speed at which framework conditions change, technologies disappear and new ones emerge increases the pressure and need for action on the part of companies and public institutions. We are tackling this problem as a community, creating solutions together and working on innovative research and development projects in the cross-sectional sectors of IT and logistics," says the IT-Logistics cluster on its own website.
Jan Junker, CEO of PASS Logistics Solutions AG, recently spoke with the network in the context of a welcome interview.
PASS Business Unit Logistics
The PASS Logistics Solutions AG, short: PLS AG, is specialized within the PASS Consulting Group in IT solutions and IT consulting for transport logistics.
